Found A Miracle. Bruce.

Link for Bruce Fans. Spent several hours relooking for this footage. I guess kinda fits with my sorrowful self at the moment. This time of year, this time of my life just so low.

Perhaps listening to this, waiting on a Miracle, will help me move on "Thru the Trees"?

At some point I really should take a few screen shots of my computer "history file" it tracks my recent 'discovery' of Bruce. …from early spring thru my trip to connect with him. Geeze about 80% of the web pages I hit were BruceLand. I probably need to post this because I know quite a few of my BruceLand friends I met all over Europe really don't believe I only found Bruce just several months ago, Gad it is still just 9 months ago…yeah heard him in the movie, ..on Fire, you know the story.

So here below is link to this special song, the version he does on the end of some DVD, Essential Bruce or hmmm it's a DVD? heck you other guys know this….I saw it before I left to Europe…then tried to describe it and find it for my new Bruce Friend = Regina N in Hamburg… tool a while back then, mid July. So just last night I was trying to share it with my good friend Diane in Seattle and looked for like 2 hours, amid internet connection probs, youtube acct lost playlists [didn't I save it to my Bruce Boss playlist??]  So there we are me describing this clip, about the rareness, the starkness, the darkness, amid the tears of awe, she can tell I think it is special…I remember the words floating along. = your strength, your strength, your faith, your face?, your love…so she pops up that is INTO THE FIRE.   I check setlist . fm, metro lyrics ..oh yeah oh yeah that's it May your Hope Give Us Hope, May your Love….yeah I think, repeating hauntingly ,,Bruce sorta in a corner, sparse.
So I search and search, cannot even find on my youtube channel…just not finding it …oh yeah lots of covers, posts with lyrics etc.  finally at almost 11pm i give up , missed my ice-cream, sorta did not notice dinner go by/in.
I get home…man on a mission. Go to bruce dot net…purse my history file even,,, when did I last or first see it?  hmmm so there on his album list, sure the Rising has it,,,was there some funny ad on at the end? Gad I must have the physical DVD upstairs somewhere,,,, but want to find on line.
  OF Course Bottom Line Coming  I click next album to Essential Bruce.  and there on song number 42 is what?? Yeah Countin' On A Miracle..  The penny drops, duh, Brogan from Seattle had lost it but now I am found….Miracle…check lyrics …oh yeah,,, whoops that was the song. 
 Quick look back to youtube and pop !! There it is.  Oh yeah I forgot I took me  about 1/2 hour to re sign into BTX forum, where you can still see my lame, frustrated request for info. hmm in fact there on BTX, it took me like 4 tries to recover my password ,,,maybe me eyes were getting slow, it is by now almost 1:00 am.
So sure enough I edit my posting to reflect my slow brain work…like I say there ..Oh Nevermind…

I realize this blog post is a lot of verbiage…perhaps for my own processing I suppose. But here are the lyrics…..First for Countin' on a Miracle.  And then a chorus from Into the Fire….see sorta of excusing my mistake, Hey there are some very similar words, repeats.  ..You all remember I always said " I am a late Bloomer, but a Quick Study." well maybe not as quick these days???

I may ask over on BTX or Greasy Lake about the history of this little amazing clip. I mean look at it. Is it not amazingly special? And quite odd really. He's in his pre show type every day  shirt.
Sorta back in the corner, hair slicked back or seems less?
He is just strumming along.
[remember I really don't know many of his songs and am a bit deaf anyway and certainly non-musical]
But I follow along his words ..he is playing with them, messing with them, not really the official order or repeats. ..sorta slurred into and through them. Skips some passages….it all works of course..but kinda different.
Then there is the camera work. I mean who was shooting that?.. Moving up so close shots, seems like inches from his face sort of milling around,, right up to the guitar. Gad it is even Black and White right? and edited from what footage? must have been several cameras right? quick shots from close then far right and back and forth.

And Here is how I got confused because of these lyrics from Into The Fire. .. are these two songs related, yeah of course written by Bruce, but wonder what time frames, Rising era right?  Whoops of course Brog, just looked on net it is track 5 on Rising.  Guess I will go read some more…..quick study.
